Bad diets let you lose muscle - not supplements.

Make sure you nail your diet long before you introduce fat burners, I've been dieting down since new year, losing 1-2lbs per week, I started using San Tight 2 weeks ago as the final stage before I go on holiday, seems to work well, no sides whatsoever.

My recommendation is to stagger your fat loss -
1. diet
2. diet plus cardio
3. diet plus cardio, plus fat burner
