| I suffer with fat,it started when i first started training,got some bad advice from some old skooll body builder who said just eat eat eat!(including mars bars etc).
I started putting some (good?) size on as i was quite skinny before but most of it was fat.
Ive read that if you gain weight to quickly your fat cells can explode in size and it makes it really hard to get rid of the fat.
I can get my chest looking reasonable now but only when i diet right down and i have a full six-pack(not easy when your trying to add muscle).
Now i try to keep a happy medium where im not adding to much fat but just enough to keep gaining good quality muscle .
Any advice i would give somebody new to the sport is to do things gradually and dont do what i did and try to rush it!(mars bars aint the answer lol) |
