I take 2 IU's a day (cant afford much more than that). If I take more than that my jaw gets locked up when I eat. Tends to make my left wrist ache too. HGH works better over longer periods of times like even a year. It makes me feel good but if I had the money I would just take it forever like the actors and actresses do. It can imporve eyesight, memory, wrinkles on skin go away, re-grow hear, fat loss, muscle gain, strengthens connective tissue, gives you some really wild dreams. I like it but it does get espensive though.
So Paul 100 IU's will last 50 days at the amount I take. Some only take 1 IU a day so that is 100 days. Some take 6 IU's a day. Some Aids patents take 20 IU's a day. So I guess it all up to what you can afford. The really high doses might have to take slin with it.
