I fixed you up Jock

You also got an extra bar right now......
hollis, circuit training is nothing more than walking around the gym doing all the lifts in a day without rest.
This gives you the benifit of resistance training and cardio at the same time. If you have never done it you will be pretty fetigued when you are done.
Example would be like this:
Do a set of bench to where it gets hard on the last one, then go do a set of squats, then without rest you do a set of pulldowns, then a set of abs, then a set of hamstrings, then a set of military press, then a set of bent over rows, then a set of biceps, then a set of inclines, then a set of side laterals, then a set of triceps then a set of rear delts then a set of traps then go home.
Start out by doing only one set of each bodypart with no rest in between. If you put any intensity into it you will be exhausted at the end. You might need to take a couple of days off but you can do this like 3 times a week. You also can run on your off days.
But for cutting, diet is really key.
Carbs, fats and protein with every meal.
Beings that you are a vegitarian then the Atkins/Keto diet is out of the question.
