Estrogen causes the deposit of fat and growth of tissue in the breast

Progesterone causes the proliferation of certain cells in breast tissue also causing then breasts to enlarge. It also primes them for the production of milk

Prolactin in the presense of suffcient progesterone is what causes them to lactate and produce milk.

bromocritpine and dostinex both tackle progesterone/prolactin issues

nolva tackles estrogen and also has a positive effect on the progesterone receptors as well.

and that concludes todays science lesson
