Hi Scott, Thanks for the advice.
I have not considered circuits as i figured that i would lose mass. If you have a chance i would really appreciate an example diet/workout schedule. I am currently training 3 days a week. Also just about to start an anabol cycle. Please help me if you can Thanks bro.
