| Diet Help - Hit the Wall Have been cutting for around 8 weeks now, managed to shift 8lbs in the first 6 but have lost nothing since.
Would be greatful if someone could critique my diet. I am currently 6ft 1 at 224lbs / 102kg's.
4 day split / 20mins of low intensity cardio 3x per week 8am
2 scoops whey/water
(15mins interval)
25g oats with skimmed milk
1 teaspoon splenda
5ml flaxseed oil 12pm
1 large rice cake
200g chicken
1 wholemeal roll 3pm
2 scoops whey / water WORKOUT Post Workout
2 scoops isolate / water 7pm
200g steak
200g steamed mixed veg 10pm
2 scoops whey / water
10ml flaxseed oil
