8am 2 pints water, 2 weetabix skim milk + large banana
9am 2 pints water
10am Metrx whey shake 1 pint skim milk
11am 2 pints water 2 hard boiled eggs no yolk
12pm 2 tuna and egg wholemeal pitta breads
1pm 1 pint water
2pm Quorn fillet salad no dressing
5pm 1 pint water + 1 banana
6pm fruit smoothy
7pm train
8pm pasta quorn pieces salad
9pm metrx whey shake
Please advise if you can
