| the main problem with women and dieting is that they never consume enough protein.
this was what Jenny my wife found when she asked me about a diet for her i bought her some Protein powder and when she started taking 1-2 drinks per day her weight dropped and her muscle tone came through.
i also did this for my elder sister but the diet was diffrent as my sister was a size 22(jen is a size 6-8) after 12 months of dieting my sister is now a size 12.
the diet i gave my sister was a low carb high protein high fat diet she found it great and easy to stick to if your freind is willing to try the diet pm me and i will be more than happy to help...
