| hi mate, i bought some body fortress stuff ages ago coz it was going cheap. Wont be doing that again! Tasted rank, and did all sorts of things to my guts. I personally dont rate any of the Holland and Barrett own brand sports supps (the protoplex is ok if you're skint) they are poor quality IMO and i think there is much better available. |
