I didnt know about this, ive had illness after illness in the past 3 weeks, i mentioned it too a guy in the gym about a week ago and he sed, are u should be taking at least 2 multi vitamins in seperate doses a day and bump up your vit C intake, buy some of the chewable 1000mg tabs, your immune system will be next to zero with coming off gear" so ive done exactly that, and thrown in Echinacea and slowly but surely ive got much better, no more cold, no chest infection, forgotten what its like to feel healthy!
