thanks for the quick reply,

it doesn't have to be eod it was recommended on another board, basically i want the best results from the cycle.
If there's a better choice in terms of anything to prevent catabolisim from the t3 please tell me..

As for clen what would you recommend i've taken it before on it's own that's probably why it's so high.

As for the Diet mainly good sources, of Protein, Low Gi Carbs Apart from after gym, an reasnoably low fat
