IMO it is worthless because it doesn't do anything. The original HMB product in the initial Swedish studies was not plant based, it showed promie. All of the current HMB on the market is the plant based stuff and it doesn't work. So for the money spent to return ratio it is worthless. BUT that is only IMO. |
