| Ok, just wasn't sure cos its the ethyl ester I was on about and not mono. Didn't know if it's as safe as mono which is why I asked cos I aint got a clue what or who ethyl ester is! Sorry if I've ellicited groans about my ignorance from you guys but I've not been training long. |
