| Thanks for the support fellas, I've been lifting again for 1 week now, I started back @ 169lbs. I weighed myself yesterday and I've gained 4.5lbs (I've been eating properly again + lots of Met-rx MRP'S I got on the cheap)
I'm glad about the weight I've gained, but my strength still sucks, my bench press is down 22lbs, my squat 22lbs and my deadlift 11lbs.
I'm feeling very down and depressed about my strength at the moment, sometimes I don't even feel like training, but I know that I have to lift through this.
