Eating your bodyweight

Hey Gang

Just a strange topic really.

Its 10.30am, and i have just been talking with Lorian about eating.

So far today I have already eaten 2 breakfasts and all my lunch: Which was:

Breakfast 1: 7.30am
1 x Pro Preptide Shake /w ProFuel
1 x Bowl Alpen
3 x Slices of Toast w/Penut Butter

Breakfast 2: 9.00am
1 x Cup o' Coffee
1 x Pint of Milk
1 x 6 egg omellette /w cheese

Early Lunch: 10.15am
3 x Tuna and Cucumber Rolls
3 x Cheese and Onion Rolls
1 x Yoghurt
1 x Banana

Now, its only 10.30am. I still have at least 5 meals to go today.

Really just wondering, how much % of your body weight it is possible to eat in one day?

So, im 235lb atm but i really wouldnt have a clue on how much food i eat a day in weight... 30lb? 50lb?

What do you rekon? Also, would this be the same % through different body weights, i.e

100lb person @ 10% = 10lb of food
200lb person @ 10% = 20lb of food, etc, etc
