| diet change hey,right now i weigh 210 pounds. i want to be able to get up to 225+ by this september. i want to be able to through on as much lean as i can,and if at all possible,trim the love handles down. here is my current diet:
breakfast:
hand ful of 96% lean ground beef,2 egg whites,piece of fruit,lots of water,multi vitamin,fish oil
2 and 1/2 hours later:
1/2 cup brown rice,1/2 chickenbreast
lunch:
tuna sandwhich,1/2 cup rice, 1/2 chicken breast,8oz 1% milk
post workout:
1 1/2 scoops of protein, 1/2 banana
dinner:
pasta with chicken
45 minutes before bed:
1 1/2 scoops protein, 1/2 banana,14oz skim milk,2 scoops fat free no added sugar ice cream
i do cardio mon,wed,fri in the morning on an empty stomache for about 45 minutes. i want to know if i can load up on carbs in the morning,and cut out the meal in between breakfast and lunch. or if i dont cut it out, an easier good snack idea.thanks |
