many people take too much and then it lowers test production, for short bouts it can be boosted (aka cold/flu for a week or two) other times keep it steady low
so thats between 30 to 90 mg a day total (about 1/2 of this should come from your food - Beef, pork, poultry, seafood, grains, and bran)
when you go over the 100mg mark you start getting rebound effect from it and it will lower test production (in some not all people and depends on the type and style/taken as well) |
