Hey everyone,
Been cutting for the beginning of this year and can now see my abs

and looking more defined. But now trying to get myself a decent bulking diet so i dont get so podgy like last year and I need some help.
Im 5'10 and about 65kg, guess about 13% BF
This is what i have so far:
8am Whey, Oats, Milk and Banana (blended) + 2x Fish Oil Caps
[900cals, 52 Protein, 92 Carbs, 34 Fat (not including fish oil)]
10am 50g Pistachio nuts
[300cals, 12 Protein, 16 Carbs, 26 Fat]
12.3pm 3xPitta, 1xTuna, 100g Turkey + 2x Fish Oil Caps
[620cals, 65 Protein, 78 Carbs, 6.7 Fat (not including fish oil)]
3pm Instant Mass
[500cals, 52 Protein, 50 Carbs, 3 Fat]
5.3pm Workout - 1 - 1.5 Hours
7pm Family Meal + Whey + 2x Fish Oil Caps
Normally contains, meat, vegetables, unless we have pasta.
[500cals, 50 Protein, 30 Carbs, 10 Fat(not including fish oil)] - Estimate depending what we have
8pm Toasted Bagel
[240cals, 9 Protein, 40 Carbs, 1 Fat]
10.30pm 227 Cottage Cheese with Pinapple
[170cals, 18 Protein, 20 Carbs, 2 Fat]
Im aiming for around 3300 Cals a day...
and possibly 30/40/30 ratio...
- Is this a good ratio for bulking (P/C/F)
Im not sure about a few of the things on there, so please be as critical as you like. Im not gonna start bulking until this diet is right.
Thank you.
