More than one hormone can cause gyno:
Estrogen
Prolactin

Id say that if you are worried just add some proviron to the mix.
Not too likely you will get gyno from the Deca at that amount but im sure it is possible.
More than not if you get gyno then you will have to take nolva the whole cycle or maybe even A-dex. This is more expensive but actually in my opinion might work better.
But if you are really worried than some proviron and nolva will work well.

I felt the symptoms of gyno once when using HCG but it was post cycle and without any gear, It felt like a splinter in my nipple.
Took nolvadex 20mg and some proviron 50mg and it went away in about 3 days.
