v@trenzyme-yeah im a lightweight! haha! as i havent started yet im not sure of the calories,but heres whats a rough plan-
on waking on an empty stomach-
5.00am-meal 1-50gprotein,60gsimple carb shake
6.00am-meal 2-7-8 whole eggs and can of beans
10.00-meal 3-500mls of natural yogurt with a 50g scoop of whey sprinkled with mixed seeds
1.00-pm-meal 4-large jacket potato can of tuna
4.00-meal 5 -100% half pound beef burger(brown bread,salad and cheese
7.00-meal 6-2 chicken breasts,sweet potatoes veg
10.00-meal 7-large tub of cottage cheese,bagel or big plate of porridge/oatmeal
there will also be fresh fish,cans of pilchards,sardines,mackeral,salmon,as well as steak,lamb,turkey and other goodies swapped and intergrated with and between meals
thats just a rough guide but each meal will be laden with 50g protein,loads of complex carbs,veg,fats! and if in still feel hungry...then im going to eat more!
statswise im 35 yrs old 5'11 and weigh86k-13.7 stone,im quite bulky and i do hold a bit of stomach,but it is in no way protruding,or overlapping! not bad for someone who's been drinking and eating junkfood all my life!

@pryzfire-yeah dont worry bro,im here for the long run so believe me im not going to be one of those dudes that jump on the juice,jump on the biggest weights they can find and end up being stretchered off to hospital! hahaha!

pct will also include some transreversitol products,tongat ali/longjack,some trib maybe,just for maxiumum recovery
also hcg will probably be used at 500iu e3d
I know that the mdrol dosage is high,but im looking for maximum muscle but everything is all subject to review and change,my main question is the mdrol from week 7-finish,is it a good idea and will i still reap benefits or will i only see sides? has anyone used any oral as a kick start and finish and if so what was the pro's and cons?
