| Well as far as i can gather i have torn either muscle or ligaments in my back so squats, deads and cleans etc are out of the question at the moment.
Im gpoing through the motions at the moment with my GP. Had to go for an Xray which came back ok, now its physio and if they cant help he wil send me for an MRI scan which i wanted in the first place but he is tight lol.
