Thats more than a kilo a week Tuna, which whilst being a fantastic change can be a little drastic on the body. It may be working well for you just watch you don't lose more than this per week or you could be stripping your body of protein to make up the calorie defecit and we wouldn't want that!

Thanks I hear what your saying mate.I've noticed I have lost a bit of muscle lately, I have kept the strength though..Its hard to get the balance right.Im starting another routine this week, so i hope to see some more changes again.:lift:
