| I did exactly the same thing not so long ago and learnt my lesson quite quickly. I'm still fairly chubby but I'd rather just keep what little gains I have made. But yeh, looking good mate! Noticable improvement from the other pics. As for the tips, I know its a dirty word around here, but doing a tiny amount of low-speed cardio every week along with the diet changes you've put in place couldn't hurt? Long (30 minute) walks on the treadmill, light cycling.. nothing too extreme and you shouldn't lose muscle IMO. |
