| I stupidly did the Atkins for a couple of months, whilst I lost some of my gut, I lost quite a bit of muscle as well, fcking gut though just won't budge now. Before I started with weights a couple of years back I was pretty lean with my boxing but now, what the fck? haha guess it's all part of this long journey to fruition we all love though! Any tips on budging the rest of it??? pls pls don't say ditch the low fat mayo haha!
Also need to bring me chest up looking at them pics, seems funny looking at me up there, always thought chest looked biggger, ah well back to the benchie for me then tee-hee.
