I would say certain supplements are worth while taking when you are not lifting such as protein. As you still want to keep protein intake high as your muscles need this to stay strong and fuelled. Also all your mutli-vitamins and minerals are still good to take.

Are you just taking a few weeks break or stopping altogether?????

Some things are not worth while when not lifting such as creatine - I wouldn't bother personally but everyone is different.
