thanks guys for the appreciation.

by the way , i took part in 70 to 75 kg weight category and i weighed 71 kg the day of the contest. now i weigh 81 kg and have shot some good gaining pics which ill post soon. and the bastard who came first is the one in the extreme left corner in the front double biceps pic, and im the one on the extreme right.
