| I know alot of people who use a version of The Anabolic Diet, and trust me it works. Just make sure you don't go into ketosis, try eating around 50-150g of Carbs per day. You can add Flaxseed Oil to slow absorbtion of your protien shake. 1 Tablespoon of Flaxseed Oil has roughly 120 calories. Don't use Faxseed Oil in your shake post workout though, your body wants Carbs and Protein Quick, and using Flax will only spoil this process. Try keeping your fats and Protein Moderate, and your Carbs low.
