You are using a hell of a lot of whey there! 12 scoops a daY!!! you must be a millionaire :P why not have 1 scoop of whey in water and then have 3 or 4 weetabix in skimmed milk for break fast change the white bread for wholemeal in the afternoon your gonna need some propper food (its no wonder your always going the toilet drinking so much whey and so little food).

Tbh you are relying to much on suppliments have a jacket spud with cottage chees or tuna for a snak a bit of chicken breast and a yoghurt. Before bed i would have some kind of whey in milk with a little oil at least ideally a tub of cottage cheese or a yoghurt and i would add some fruit to your diet. Just my opppinions lets see what Hakisack can offer I am sure he will agree your using too many sups
