| Sounds like a drop/strip set...
this is where you max your reps out at a high weight then drop the weights down and try and blast out as may reps as you can... If I do a drop set it is normally on the exercises like side lateral raises, tricep pushdowns, leg extensions etc.. rather than the big three..... I find it give the muscle a very good pump so tend to only on the last exercise for that bodypart... |
