as i work all week i usualy go to the gym after work , but is it better to go down after uv had ur evening meal or wait till u get back from the gym before stuffing your face?lately ib been having my meal then about an hour after at the gym then when i come out i feel like i could eat a horse . so im eating again!!! would it be best to wait till after the gym then have a good fiest ? |
