| i SAW A GUY AT MY GYM, WHO LOOKED LIKE HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING,AND HE DID A HEAVY SET OF ABOUT 6 REPS, THEN QUICKLY PICKED UP A MUCH LIGHTER WEIGHT AND DID AS MANY REPS AS POSSIBLE.I TRIED THIS MYSELF, GIVES A REALLY GOOD BURN.ANYONE ELSE WORK OUT THIS WAY AND IF SO IS IT SOMETHING WORTH DOING EVERY SESSION OR JUST OCCASIONALLY?
