| I save myself till I am ready. I dont burnout on the way up. I guage it how I feel. When I am ready,(whether I go heavy or light) I blast it. If the weight feels light, I go heavy. If the weight feels heavy, I do reps for a pump.
I warm up till my workset. The workset is to failure.
Hey, that is just me and I cant speak for anyone else but myself.
I also dont work all muscle groups heavy. I pick the ones I feel like pushing at the time.
