ok here you go, this is a simplified as it can be without taking into account real active amount in blood due to ester weight and wastage.
You can't be anymore sceintific than to take into account the ester attached to the steroid.
If you have 500mg of a test with a half live of 7 days (which I believe enanth is) in your system.
Day 1 post cycle you have 500mg of test
Day 7 post cycle you have 250mg of test
Day 14 post cycle you have 125mg of test (still to high to recover)
Day 21 post cycle you have 62.5mg of test in your system bingo you may be able to recover.
You can not recover while injectected testosterone levels are higher than normal levels.
I think when I worked it out properly a 500mg of test cycle came in at day 20 but I'm too lazy to go and look.

Sometime it's better to go and think about these things your self rather than just to follow the lists of PCT times given on many sites which were little more than guesses that became internet fact.
