| mate, im 18 (i started last year and was the same weight).
1st major accomplishment you have is that you have the desire to gain weight, you have obviously been reading up on it and hopefully know what it takes to get big (HEavy compound movements like deads, bench, squats etc etc along with sound diet).
2nd thing is that like me you are young, and your natural testorone levels are RAGING which means you have more potential to gain weight if done right (what big said). Get the diet right, lift heavy and keep posting.
im no pro or advanced athlete by any means but i have learned a lot from this forum and the guys in it, and have already (for my standards) made excellent results that i never thought possible, you just need to prepare yourself and do everything right in and out of the gym, good luck! |
