looking at that EMG.
they rate tricep pushdowns as being far superior to narrow grip bench.

side raises to be better than shoulder presses

and leg extensions to be ALMOST as good as sqauts.

please tell me that cant be right?? going by this can electrical activity be linked to mass gain?
