Not so sure on these exercises Wingman.

At 14 he should only be doing bodyweight exercises as his epiphises haven't fused yet. If he were to do these then I would say only at very low weight and volume.

Children need to improve co-ordination, not strength/size so low weights and high reps are the way to go woth only a couple of sets per exercise to keep them interested ok?
