| pct advice
im about to do my first cycle.it will consist of doing 30 mg of anabol a day for just over 6 weeks.after finally tracking down some nolvadex i plan on doing the cycle then having a 20mg pill of nolvadex for 28 days afterwards(i could only get 28 20 mg pills)is this sufficient pct or should i be doing the nolvadex at the same time as the anabol?any advice welcome |
