Afternoon all. Been reading this site for a while so thought it was about time i registered & said Hi.
I have been training for 2 years now but have started seriously since new years with a new cycle I will post in the training section. Have never squatted or done deadlifts (I know!)
I weight 201 pounds and am looking to get to about 210 before i cut for the summer and I am 6 feet 2" tall.
