| The first Cycle I ran was 400mg of Deca a week and d-bol, for 6 weeks. The second was 400mg Deca, 400mg Test Ex and D-bol for 6 weeks. Third Cycle was 400mg Deca, 500mg Sust and d-bol for 6 weeks. I know what lets me down and that's my appetite, but it's hard to force down food when your just not hungry. It looks as tho I'm hitting it a bit too hard this time, so I'll calm down. If there's any advice on how to increase my appetite then I'd appreciate it. I don't over train, I just find it very very hard to make any natural gains. I'm 28 now so ? |
