I have tried Cell-Tech and it was good. I got stronger and was not even using it properly. I was trying to lose weight and I was only having it on days I trained:o . But it is too expensive. But I am getting a little frustrated at slow progress and want to try creatine again for a few months.
what creatine product do you use? Is it any good? What is the best value for money? (as I am skint) |
