as soon as you cook whey it de-natures(kills it). so its not good to cook it! as big says right after the workout have a good serving (50-100g)

also the first thing in the morning is another good time for it. your body has had almost no nutrition for a good 8 hours whilst your sleeping so its crying out for protein. whey in the morning is perfect for it.
