| i know m8 but you have to realise when i used to train i was a youngster well in my twenties and diet was never an issue i just lifted and put in the gear, so to change my diet habbits so drastically at this time of my life (34) is very hard for me please remember i have returned to the sport after 10 years of no training and all i know is using the gear that is why i get so frustrated i just want to get on with it but it seems like i have to go backwards before i can go forwards. But i am listening to you guys and taking notice but it dont make it easy for me |
