| shoulder pain
since this morning my right shoulder is clicking when i move it, it also feels real tight and when i push my back it hurts , has anyone had this before or know about this kind of thing? i last trained my shoulders over a week ago but i trained my chest fairly hard yesterday so i expect it could be linked to that?? |
