| Weighed in on friday using the above eating plan and as the chef x book says, i did loose 2lbs so i am happy but to eat well all week and train hard but also add cardio which i never used to do, to loose 2lbs is a bit dissapointing to be truthfull. I could go to the toilet in a minute and loose 4lbs just like that lol. As i asked above what should i realistically get my bf down to before using a bulk cycle..... |
