Ive been out of action for 18 months due to heart probs,had a pacemaker fitted this year had two infections already,oh also surgery on ulna-collatral ligaments left thumb.
Been in plaster for 22 weeks of this year!!!!!
On the mend now though,should be hitting the gym again in the new year all things being well.
Good buddy of mine tore his bicep right off this year,that was just sick it snapped and rolled all the way up towards his arm pit.....mad peak!!!!!! |
