just wondering if anypne has had any nasty injuries that have put them of trainin for a while?here's an attachment of my beauty in april this year thtas my left wrist! :( 2 complete breaks in the radius and 1 in the ulna, and broken scaphoid,5pins and alot of physio! bloody motorbikes!
