Hey am from the north east of UK and looking for inspiration are there any NE bodybuilders out there? anyone bout my age 22ish and just started training want to chat let me in on some secrets or if your in newcastle area maybe meet up.

Anything cool am getting well into bodybuilding and want to develop further if i can

any tips or help apreciated guys!
