I wouldn't pay too much attention to those charts you find on the net as they are based on maybe a few peoples opinions. It was first thought that tren was very toxic to the kidneys and could cause serious damage, this has been proven to be a myth as it is no worse than any other Androgen.
Main side effects from Tren are shortness of breath, decreased sex drive and a cough, it also increases aggression is some people (me included!)
Other sides are nausea, loss of appetite and sometime vomiting but these are uncommon
