| What ur stiving for is the strongest possible contaction of the muscle which will in turn produce the greatest addaptave response.
So you should be using the maximum weight you can handle in good form IMO.
The form is Important because if your using a weight you cant hangle in good form you will be using sloppy form and not isolating the muscle you are trying to work, actually producing a less than maximum contraction in that muscle and therefoer a lesser addaptive response. |
